leadership

Leadership in today’s fast paced and complex society can certainly be a challenge. Most organizations are continuously subject to change. In order to keep your balance as a leader, it is important to have a clear understanding of your strengths, abilities and limitations. Knowing who you are, is knowing what you stand for.

Coaching offers the opportunity to talk confidentially about issues such as your leadership development, your career, changes or the impact of your work on your private life (or vice versa).

Coaching can be everything form a single session – starting with a 360° feedback assessment or not –  to a yearlong trajectory.

For the 360° feedback I work with The Leadership Circle Profile. This method simultaneously provides feedback on competencies and underlying beliefs.  For the yearlong trajectory I recommend Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching. This method is renowned for helping successful leaders to achieve positive and measurable change in leadership behavior.

All coaching can take place via face to face, telephone, video, or email session, to spend your valuable time as efficiently as possible.
