Everyone feels out of balance sometimes: at work, in relationships or even with themselves. When we look from this imbalanced perspective at ourselves and the world, our view is often focused on mistakes and imperfections. In our need for balance, we try to change ourselves and things around us as quickly as possible – sometimes against our better judgment.
To lead a fulfilling life it is often enough to align who we are to the world around. In the coaching we therefore focus on your unique talents and core values and how you can use these fully to be and stay balanced. Whether in work, relationships or with yourself.
My coaching is a combination of in person conversations, telephone calls, Skype calls, and e-mail contact, so you can integrate it in your own way at your own time. Although I work with a broad range of theories and models, the most effective coaching can sometimes be asking just one question.
