Everyone feels out of balance from time to time: at work, in relationships or perhaps even with themselves. When we look at ourselves and the world from this perspective of imbalance, our gaze is often focused on faults and imperfections. In our desire for balance, we try to change them as quickly as possible - sometimes against our better judgement.

In order to live a fulfilling life, the alignment of who we are with the world around us is often sufficient. During coaching, we therefore focus on your unique talents and core values and how you can use these to the full in order to be and remain in balance. Whether it is about work, relationships or yourself.

My coaching is a combination of personal conversations, telephone, Skype and e-mail contact, so that you can work in your own way in your own time. Although I have a broad base of theories and models at my disposal, sometimes the most effective coaching is asking a single question. I switch easily between content and process and make connections to achieve a sustainable result. My coaching is customised and therefore always optimally geared to you and your learning process.
